Symphony Resource Group, LLC (SRG)
(SRG) is the marketing and network backbone of the Symphony City family of companies. These companies ("Symphony") exist to cultivate, represent and mutually benefit its elite network of business relationships and community leaders.
Symphony's primary objective is to “orchestrate” the success of its clients and partners by carefully crafting the integration of:
In exchange for the orchestration and connectivity Symphony brings to all three categories above, Symphony contractually secures value for itself and other third parties who participated in the process. Symphony provides a platform and an experience wherein its participants can maximize their key business relationships in a culture of creativity and mutual profitability.
The Symphony business model was developed by William (Bill) and Pam Fischbach in 2004. Prior to forming Symphony, Bill Fischbach spent more than a decade building an extensive and highly successful executive benefits insurance practice, which included a significant percentage of the Fortune 500 clients. This full service practice specialized in the administration and design of corporate deferred compensation plans. Pam Fischbach was also a highly successful insurance professional, who focused on products and strategies benefiting high net worth individuals. Together the Fischbach's network of senior level relationships and successes were legendary across the insurance industry and corporate America.
These elite contacts formed over many years of trusted business transactions set the stage for the powerful and influential “finders’ network” which became the foundation on which Symphony was built. The network allowed the Symphony to gain access for their clients to high level C- Suite professionals with a "warm referral" from a trusted associate. Over the past 6 years, Symphony has added a key executive partner, Lawrence Bracco in Los Angeles to expand the extensive SRG network of resources, opportunities and investors and build it out in the same successful manner. And most recently another key executive, Michael Juffa, joined the Symphony team in Kansas City as CEO.
The Symphony system is not necessarily confined to a specific industry or geography, although there are several industries and geographies where Symphony excels. Instead it is a framework which permits skilled persons from any background and expertise to combine, and exploit for profit, their knowledge and abilities in ways not possible under traditional business models.
Symphony creates value by offering this framework to key individuals possessed of resources and skills on the one hand, and to those needing resources and expertise on the other. Symphony also provides the nexus where elite, experienced professionals are brought together. For its services, Symphony receives a share of the resulting business relationships and transactions. Thus, it is from this formula that Symphony has coined its key phrase, and its mission statement:
Orchestrating Success™
